The non genuine savings home loan is for people
without the sufficient savings record to qualify for a loan, but can
acquire 10% deposit, net of costs, to put to the home.
Sources of non genuine savings can be:
Securities accepted as per the standard loan.
Acceptable applicants must:

- Have full income verification to show they can
afford the repayment, plus any credit and borrowings.
- Have good credit standing [minor defaults may
be OK].
- Have at least 10% deposit clear of all costs.
The deposit need not be saved and can be from:
